We had an amazing stay at Universal Boutique in Figueira da Foz. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach, making it the perfect location for our beach getaway. Our rooftop room with a large balcony provided a beautiful view of the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, setting up a table in the bar area for our takeaway dining. They even shipped our forgotten laptop charger to our next destination. The decor was modern and clean, and the reception made us feel very welcome. a fantastic experience!

Liked the convenient location just a few steps from the beach and the balcony with a view. The reception was friendly with helpful recommendations and suggestions. the bed was large and comfortable providing a good night's rest.

Disliked the breakfast, with outdated and limited options including canned fruit and dried out eggs, plus the staff were not able to communicate in multiple languages. The sound-proofing was sub-par, with too much noise from the street and other guests making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
